So, lately, I've been interested in acquiring a really stellar set of heels. I decided I'd dress up this Halloween as one of my favorite singers of all time, the late Amy Winehouse. I went as her for Halloween way back in 2007, before she hit mainstream here, and I thought it would be a fitting tribute to dress as her again this year. So, I am sort of killing two birds with one stone, as they say, by buying these pair of really cute lite pink(or rose if you will) colored pumps off of ShoeDazzle.

The styles on this website are really nice, and they seem to follow current trends. I like the hot pink sole, it's like a pair of Louboutins that won't drain your bank account. 

Speaking of Louboutins. How freaking fabulous are these I found off of Neiman Marcus?

Fall/Autumn Look

 

 I created a makeup look inspired by the colors of Autumn in all it's natural glory. I chose red, brown, burnt orange, and a bit of green for my color palette. Notice the lips in the first image and how they differ from the look in the second image. All I did was add a purple gloss to tone down the saturation.

MAC Styledriven

I cannot tell you how excited I am for this latest collection from MAC. I haven't seen this collection in person yet, but I am so excited that all, I believe, of the products in this collection are permanent. Also, everything, the eyeshadows, lipsticks, lipglosses, and lip pencils are pro longwear, meaning they give excellent color payoff that MAC is known for and super long wear time.

I just have to say too I love the promo image, it's simply gorgeous!
